What a piece of crap. Honestly, you couldn't give me one of their products. I'd turn it down.
I guess it's time for all the ageing hockey fans to step up and buy a Ford, since they've turned their backs on racing (all Gretzky ads). Them and GM with Orr. Looks good on 'em.
I drive a Focus. It is a pretty good car. GM has some decent cars now too. Too late to make up for decades of crap cars and bad service? Time will tell. If car companies use old hockey players to advertize their products instead of racing, it is because market research shows it works better. Stop thinking the car companies have a duty to throw money into racing. No one likes the idea of a bailout for the big 3. The problem is all the collateral damage through the economy if they go under. If they get the loan guarantees they should have to get management that is not stuck in the 70s that will build cars for the future instead of dinosaur SUVs and suburban pickups.
